%25% of the invoice

A quarter of the total monthly invoice the merchant actually pays. Plans are priced by processed order volume, so your commission scales automatically — up in their good months, down in their slow ones. You are never paid on volume that wasn’t billed.

12Twelve months, then it’s ours

Commission runs for the referred account’s first twelve paid months. On month 13 payouts stop permanently — that margin funds the hosting, data pipelines and support behind every account for the years after.

⚡The live-store lock

Commission activates only once your referral connects a live data source — Shopify, Meta, Google. A signup that never connects anything earns nothing, because it isn’t a customer yet.

◷Paid on a 30-day roll

Commissions earned in January are paid in March. The delay exists so the merchant’s payment has fully cleared and no chargeback or volume dispute is in flight before money moves to you.

The fine print, honestly: commissions accrue only on invoices actually paid; refunded or charged-back invoices claw back the matching commission. Self-referrals, coupon-site arbitrage and bidding on Tatheon brand terms end the partnership. The 12-month cap is per referred account and never resets.
